Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Definition

A service level agreement is the specific number, or target, that you want your team to reach underneath each KPI. Think of the SLA as your promise to your customer.

Example: You make a promise to your customers that you are available to respond to their email within a 30 minute time frame.
