Sounds pretty intense to some, but lately it’s been serving as a reminder to our team that there is still so much we can do to stay active. So far, we’ve had people walk, swim, bike, dance, do yoga, weight-lift, hike and play basketball to remain a part of the challenge to stay active at least 30 minutes a day (yes, even on weekends).

It doesn’t take much to relieve stress sometimes. Whether it’s throwing a frisbee at Zilker park on a Monday evening or relaxing in the comfort of our home doing yoga, it makes a difference to stay active.
