Just months after moving into our new Austin headquarters (“The Dojo”) we have ranked as the 86th fastest growing company nationwide on Inc Magazine’s annual Inc. 5,000 Fastest Growing Companies, obtaining a three-year growth rate of 3,684%. Here’s the breakdown:

“We’re honored and humbled to be recognized by Inc. as one of the fastest-growing companies in America,” said Chief Ninja and Founder, Cody McLain. “We are especially grateful for our 100 clients who trust us to scale their business as well as our nearly 500 ninjas worldwide for their hard work and drive to challenge the status quo.”

This insanely fantastic news comes in the midst of an already exciting 2019 we were listed on Austin Chamber’s A-List Awards as one of the “Most Innovative Home Grown Companies” of 2019. Additionally, we added our 100th client last month, reaching a milestone set at our founding. To keep up, we’re opening a new, expanded site (Hideout) for our Clark, Philippines based Ninjas in later November. The new site will allow for 1,800 “Ninjas” with plans to expand to 3,600 in 2020.

A large part of this quick growth is attributed to our mission and unique position as the industry’s only fully integrated and ethical Business Process Outsourcing provider.

Over the past year, we’ve developed partnerships with industry leaders like HubSpot and Zendesk while teaming up with disruptive, tech-forward companies like HotelTonight, SeatGeek, Intelex,Mizzen and Main, Amuse, and Happy Socks to quickly and effectively scale their support operations.

Inc. Magazine ranked submissions based on the company’s growth rate over the past 3 years. Applicants needed to be privately-owned companies located in the United States, independent, started earning revenue before March 31, 2015, had revenue of no less than $100,000 in 2015 and no less than $2,000,000 in 2018, and revenue in 2018 exceeding revenue in 2015.
