For the 4th Time, Ninja Partners, Inc. Appears on the Inc. 5000, Ranking No. 1663 With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 375% Percent
NEW YORK, August 19, 2022 – Inc. Magazine has ranked SupportNinja as one of the fastest-growing private U.S. companies for a fourth year in a row! This leading outsourcing provider offers customer support, technical support, data entry and more to clients around the globe.
"We were delighted when we first appeared on the Inc. 5000 list. SupportNinja was a relatively new firm, and our staff was limited. Now that we've made the Inc. 5000 list a fourth time, it's clear that we're a consistently expanding business that continues to challenge the status quo, which is no small achievement. We're grateful for our team at SupportNinja for constantly evolving and choosing to improve every day, as always. It demonstrates that being both employee and customer-focused is the way to go."
- Connor Tomkies, CEO at SupportNinja
In the past year, SupportNinja has prioritized improving its tech stack for their clients to ensure their own customers benefit from a stellar customer experience. According to Karthik Ranganathan, SupportNinja’s CTO, “We’ve listened to our clients and tried to build a platform that caters to their needs. After carefully identifying where to focus our efforts we've been able to garner a lot of positive feedback from our clients’ customers.”
This coming year, SupportNinja's efforts will continue to be focused on technology as well as on its people. “We want to be able to provide an even better customer experience by increasing visibility into agent tasks and progress so they can focus on opportunities,” says Karthik. “At the same time, we prioritize employee engagement by providing tailored and personalized training curriculum. In the end, doing so allows our team to provide the best possible service to our clients' customers.”
