How do quality assurance and training plans work together?

We offer a complimentary QA team, which pulls tickets for each agent each week for coaching opportunities during the lifetime of your account.

During Ninja training and your initial ramp, the training team will be working closely with your agents to ensure we’re hitting key KPI’s and scaling accordingly. 

Additionally, having 1 dedicated QA specialist to work in conjunction with our in-house QA team is recommended to provide optimal results.

Lastly, your Ninja Success Manager will monitor your account to ensure that all critical benchmarks are being met and that you are completely satisfied.
