My company is looking into an alternative solution for customer service outsourcing. We operate a large and very fast paced e-commerce operation, mainly serving music fans. We receive a very high volume of inquiries (~1k per day, sometimes ~2k depending on sales) and deal with typical e-commerce issues such as shipping delays, returns / exchanges, lost packages, refunds/cancellations, address updates, etc. Our business is very nuanced so we need agents who have the technical and analytical skill to do more than simply copy + paste responses, but investigate orders and identify issues that may not be explicitly presented to them.
