Located just 2 hours north of Manila, the capital of the Philippines, our office is located in Clark, Philippines.

Commerce can take place without the burdens of customs duties and other barriers generally encountered when doing business offshore.

We researched several locations, including India and Thailand, as part of our effort to find the location best suited to our needs and thus the needs of our clients. However, once we started taking a closer look at the Philippines, what we learned really surprised us.

The Philippines is the third largest English-speaking country in the world and has a 95% literacy rate. Most of the population undergoes schooling equivalent to that of the US education system. The more we looked at it and the more we researched, the more we realized that the Philippines was going to be the location for us. The problem, however, was infrastructure.

As a rapidly growing operational enterprise, we needed fast, reliable telecommunication and internet infrastructure. Our services to our clients depended on it. And the Philippines; more specifically the area around Manila, was notorious for service interruptions and flooding; even though the capital region is home to most companies that move to the Philippines to provide business process outsourcing, or BPO. In fact, it’s not uncommon for waist-deep flooding to occur during the rainy season. And, workers in Manila can frequently experience three hour commute times.

But, that was when we discovered Clark.

Clark used to be an American Air Force base until it was vacated in the late 80s. Since then, the area has been re-purposed as a freeport zone and the existing infrastructure was converted over for civilian use. The city has its own police force with secured access into the area. Much of the infrastructure for Clark was well built and exists wholly underground.

Additionally, Clark does not suffer from the same flooding issues as Manila. And, when it comes to commuting, the region is home to some eight million educated workers in less than a 18-mile radius.

The bountiful workforce combined with a solid infrastructure gave us all the reasons we needed to establish our operation in the Clark area. So, we took a building and added biometric access controls for those arriving and departing. Our office maintains an on-site generator in the unlikely event of a failure of the power grid.

In short, we believe that we found an incredible location to set up our dedicated team of Ninjas to serve you.
