The #NoDaysOff Challenge

Sounds pretty intense to some, but lately it’s been serving as a reminder to our team that there is still so much we can do to stay active. So far, we’ve had people walk, swim, bike, dance, do yoga, weight-lift, hike and play basketball to remain a part of the challenge to stay active at least 30 minutes a day (yes, even on weekends).

What We’re Learning During Quarantine W/ Our Virtual Quaranteam

It doesn’t take much to relieve stress sometimes. Whether it’s throwing a frisbee at Zilker park on a Monday evening or relaxing in the comfort of our home doing yoga, it makes a difference to stay active. When you have a team rooting for you and your wellbeing, like our team here at SupportNinja, staying active doesn’t feel like a chore, it feels like a game we get to play virtually.
